Sharing The Adventure
Sidetracked Magazine is a publication for those passionate about the outdoors, devoted to day dream worthy stories of adventure and photos that catch your breath. Starting as a hobby website in 2011, Captive Minds joined forces with owner John Summerton to help grow the project into something really spectacular, with a tri-annual print magazine launched in 2014. With so many print publications cutting costs and reverting to digital only, we’re proud to have played our part in growing an audience so engaged, they demanded a product to hold in their hands.
Building an Audience
Captive Minds helped to launch Sidetracked on Instagram, and created a distribution strategy to make use of the more than 250 evergreen articles waiting to be shared on Twitter, Facebook and Pinterest.
