Captive Minds has run the communications for London’s annual Polo in the Park since its inception in 2009, and the agency’s experience shone through last weekend with another resounding success for the 2014 event.
The Captive Minds team worked tirelessly on the PR, Marketing and Social Media in the run up to Chestertons Polo in the Park, including managing all launch events and liaising with key stakeholders and sponsors. Over 20,000 people attended over the weekend to watch exhilarating international Polo and enjoy the hospitality areas, bars restaurants and entertainment that accompanied this unique sporting experience.
“Chestertons Polo in the Park 2014 was a great success, with many guests saying that it was ‘”their favourite year yet”! We were very fortunate with the weather, especially when Saturday was predicted to bring thunderstorms and torrential rain, but the Captive Minds team performed exceptionally well throughout the weekend; from management of the players, press and secondary box office, to social media and trophy presentations, Captive Minds had a part to play in every aspect of the event.”
